Juan J. displays his 2”x2”x2” Steel Dice. Welding students Oxy/Acetyelne weld the dice for the 1st project. Next, they move onto stick welding (SMAW).

Ethan Neil and Liam Stensgard work together 3D Printing a prototype of a part. Students learn how to use precision measuring instruments, create mechanical drawings, solve real life problems, and use AutoCADD 2024. Students in CADD earn concurrent enrollment credits, free of charge at SCC, when they take this course at WBHS. Computer Aided Drafting 1 earns 3 credit hours at SCC, and Computer Aided Drafting 2 also earns 3 credit hours at SCC. Many jobs in the technical trades require the understanding and application of print reading.
